| Description: | Working under the direction of the Marketing Director and Marketing Manager, the Website Content Specialist is responsible for all aspects of the company’s e-communications, including website, social media, database marketing, e-newsletters and e-alerts, blogs, SEO/SEM, intranet and web analytics. Must be detail oriented, able to work independently, and possess good time management skills. Candidate should have experience in creating marketing actions using internet as a main channel and good technical background in internet technologies. |
| Duties: | PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
LBMC Website, Intranet and Social Networking Sites
• Maintain and update LBMC.com
o Make recommendations for website design/updates
o Coordinate website design changes/updates
o Coordinate blog entries on website
o Post articles, resources and job openings to website
• Maintain web analytics
• Update LBMC Intranet postings as necessary
• Maintain and enhance LBMC’s presence on relevant social networking sites
• Drupal CMS experience preferred
• Mobile site monitoring/ maintenance
• HTML
e-Communication
• Design layout of e-Communications
o Create newsletters from various departments and affiliate companies
o Distribute notifications and e-alerts with relevant updates and announcements
o Pull mailing and distribution lists
o Coordinate, edit and produce webinars
Other Responsibilities
• Interface with IT department on technical needs
• SEO/SEM Campaigns and tracking
• Assists Marketing Director with special projects as assigned
• Other duties as assigned

| Qualifications: | EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Position requires a bachelor’s degree Marketing, Web Development, or related business field and a minimum of two years of experience in eMarketing or marketing related experience or equivalent work. Knowledge of Drupal CMS website platform is preferred, but not required.
